AI and IoT for network intelligence and customer experience
The mission of the event is to examine how AI and IoT are transforming distribution utilities in the areas such as operational visibility, grid intelligence and customer experience. The event will bring together utility operators, regulators, technology leaders and finance partners to deliberate on the key opportunities and challenges associated with the implementation of AI- and IoT-based solutions.
Power distribution is undergoing rapid digital transformation, with utilities moving towards more connected, intelligent and data-driven operations. As the discoms face increasing renewable energy integration, rising consumer expectations, and the need to improve operational performance, the convergence of AI, IoT and customer centric digital systems is gaining momentum. Utilities are increasingly shifting from fragmented digital initiatives to integrated operating models driven by real-time data and analytics. AI-enabled distribution systems are also helping utilities transition from reactive operations to predictive and adaptive decision-making.
